Oil and Gas Company needs someone with accounting experience who has worked at least
3 years for an Oil and Gas Co.
Knowledge of the following is required:
Hands on experience utilizing SAP
DD & A- Depletion, Depreciation & Amortization. Pertaining to cash flow.
ARO- Asset Retirement Obligation. Pertains to the life of an asset and how to account for it on the books.
Impairment- when an asset is carried on the books for more than it is worth on the open market, it is "impaired."
3-4 month project; temp assignment
Salary 38,000 = 18.27 an hour.

We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant, CPA, who has both public accounting and law firm experience. The position has full responsibilities for all financial information and the analysis required by the management team and partners.
Technical skills will include all general ledger account reconciliations, journal entries and account analysis, financial statements preparation and review, participation in developing annual budget, and tax compliance.
The technology should include Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Business Objects, and Elite.
Qualifying requirements are:
Degree - Accounting
2-3 years experience in public accounting
CPA a real plus
Legal experience
Proactive, innovative and results-oriented, deadline sensitive professional
