About Us

Babich & Associates is the oldest recruiting agency in Texas and annually places more candidates than any other agency in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and possibly the entire state. Started in 1952 as one of the first women-owned businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex by Mildred Babich, the firm is led today by Dr. Anthony (Tony) Beshara, the nation’s Number One recruiter as determined by a leading industry trade journal, The Fordyce Letter. Tony is a recognized authority on the job search process and industry with a successful book, radio show, and numerous magazine articles to his credit. Dr. Phil McGraw recently asked Tony to appear on his television show to assist a guest in finding employment.

The Babich team includes more than 20 recruiting professionals with collective industry experience totaling more than 250 years. Each Placement Manager also brings prior experience from earlier careers where their responsibilities typically included the role of hiring manager. The firm is organized by industry vertical and Placement Managers are assigned according to experience to one or more of the Accounting / Finance, Administrative, Banking, Healthcare, Information Technology, Legal, Sales, or Technical / Engineering departments. The result is an integrated team with cross-departmental expertise and back-up support, and a team that understands our clients’ business, personnel requirements, and hiring process.

Babich & Associates also has a temporary staffing division. Accustomed to short timelines, our recruiting professionals can rapidly deploy office, administrative, and accounting personnel on a temporary, or temp-to-hire, basis.
